From 1850 Killanoon was a smallholding of a house and barn set within a two and a half acre section of the Cornish countryside, and is completely surrounded by open fields and trees.

The barn has now been converted into 2 apartments, each full of character but with every modern comfort. One of the best features of Killanoon is the privacy of its situation, yet it is only a short drive to Hayle's renowned '3 miles of golden sands' and St Ives with its colourful harbour and many restaurants and galleries, including the world famous Tate Gallery.
